Conference fees of EUR 300.00 are non refundable.
ACCOMMODATION at the conference conference venue includes a special cancellation policy:
- communication before September 17th, 2022 : no charge
- communication from 18th to 22nd September 2022 : 25% of the total cost ( EUR 145 and EUR 115 for single and double room packages, respectively)
- communication after September 23rd, 2022 or no-show : 50% charge
